Today I entered a competition for young, local artists. I am still young enough that I have five more years of this sort of ‘young’, but old enough that I was prepared to be relieved I could enter.

The Cambridge Drawing Society is an organisation that shows and showcases a wide variety of art types, not limiting its remit to 2D art. If you are under 35 and live near to Cambridge, then look it up; you have until the 3rd to make an entry. I entered Blue on Blue and a charcoal triplet of masks that included the one featured on this post in oils.
